Youth Professional & Etiquette Development Training

At NextGen Bridge to Success (NBS) Consulting, we offer engaging, hands-on activities that teach youth and emerging professionals how to show up with confidence, professionalism, and purpose. Each activity 1. The First Impression Challenge Participants practice confident greetings, eye contact, and body language through role-play introductions that prepare them for professional and social environments. 2. Dress for Success Relay A fun, fast-paced team challenge that teaches the importance of professional attire and how appearance can impact self-confidence and first impressions. 3. Table Talk: Dining Etiquette Roleplay Participants engage in a mock business lunch or formal dinner to learn proper table manners, how to hold conversation, and the do’s and don’ts of dining with professionals. 4. Email & Phone Etiquette Simulator This activity helps participants develop clear, professional communication habits by writing emails and practicing voicemail messages for workplace scenarios. 5. Scenario Skits: What Would You Do? Through skits and discussion, students explore how to respond to tricky real-world situations with professionalism and integrity. 6.
